This teapot Eva Solo is designed for all kinds of tea because it offers various means of infusing. You can let it go around the teapot or install it in the hollow piston which imprisons the tea leaves. The tea remains hot thanks to its cover. And the best is the drip-free system!
The teapot set Eva Solo contains:
- the carafe in borosilicate glass resistant to the thermal shocks,
- the cover in knitting,
- the spout dip-free equipped with its filter-sieve with piston out of stainless steel.
The concept:
It offers two methods of infusion:
1. Put the tea leaves in the teapot. Pour quivering water. Set up the spout dip-free and his filter-sieve. Let infuse a few minute. At the time of the service, the filter-sieve will retain the tea leaves. Thanks to this process, the infusion is optimal because the leaves are in direct contact with water. The flavour is just more developed by it. (This method is also excellent for the herbal tea amateurs who will really benefit from all aromatic subtleties of their mixtures).
2. After 3-4 minutes, the tea released all its theine and the tannins which continue to get clear, quickly become bitter. To avoid that, to put the pieces of leaves directly in the cylindrical filter-sieve which becomes infusor then. Pour water quivering, after the infusion time necessary, using the small stainless steel piston, compress the sheets until the cylinder head. The infusion process is then stopped and makes it possible to taste a delicious tea.
