Weighting becomes a pleasure…
The genius of Claus Jensen and Henrik Holbaek is to design a scale with only three elements!
1. A glass receptacle scale. 2. A large stainless steel spring which is placed in the glass receptacle. 3. A stainless steel container with scale, posed on the spring, in the glass receptacle. An oblique line is carved all around the container in order to allow for the tare.
Able to weigh up to 1kg, it offers in more the advantage of the “additional weight”.
- Practice: this scale offers the advantage of the "additional weight". For example, with the first measurement of 400 grams, you can add the weight of an additional ingredient, without emptying the receptacle.
You just have to put the oblique line, engraved on the receptacle, in front of the “zero” put on the graduated glass and to make the second weighting.
Moreover, thanks to the graduations in decilitres inside the receptacle, it is possible to measure the volume of the liquids.
You store it easily (the two stainless steel elements line up in the glass receptacle) and it is compatible with the dishwasher!
- Material: the receptacle is out of glass. The container and the large spring are out of stainless steel.
